Utilising a variety of interventions, including, mindfulness, self-compassion, creative arts therapy (painting, drawing, clay, sand, voice, movement, writing, play therapy), and eco-based therapy, Michele holds space for, and is guided by the needs, strengths, and diversity of every individual.

Developing a dynamic therapeutic relationship in a safe, relaxed, and creative space is foundational to Michele’s compassionate, down-to-earth, and intuitive approach, as she accompanies fellow travellers on their journey towards improved quality of life and well-being.

Standard/Subsequent Consult (50-60 minutes) - $240

Requested tasks taking longer than 15 minutes will incur pro rata charges
