Where Evidence-Based Therapies Meet Compassion and Mindfulness

Utilising a variety of interventions, including, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, self-compassion, creative arts therapy (painting, drawing, clay, sand, voice, movement, writing, play therapy) and eco-based therapy, space is held for and guided by the needs, strengths and diversity of every individual.
